We had a great time at this lovely, peaceful hotel with friendly staff. The location was quiet and convenient, with restaurants and Swainsboro nearby.

We stayed here during our family road trip and the location was perfect. It was close to stores, so we were able to easily grab any essentials we needed. There was also a park within walking distance for the kids to enjoy. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day.

The rooms could use some updates. The bathroom lights were dim and the carpet could definitely use some new flooring.

Convenient location near Highway 1 and easy parking close to the room. The staff at the front desk were exceptional - very friendly, helpful, and efficient. They addressed the problems that arose with our room and were knowledgeable about the hotel and area. The breakfast provided a variety of hot and cold options, including tasty home fries, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit. The coffee and juice were excellent.

The room we stayed in had a faulty lock, which resulted in us getting locked out. We also encountered a few bugs in the bathroom, and the toilet had smelly water coming out from the base, which flooded the bathroom and leaked onto the carpet.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, very close to a park within walking distance for children to enjoy, restaurants, and markets in Swainsboro, GA. The staff were professional and pleasant day and night.

We recently stayed at Best Western in Swainsboro for three nights. Our main purpose was to explore the area and enjoy a relaxing getaway. The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the highway, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The neighborhood behind the hotel was ideal for walking our dog. We felt safe with the secure location and appreciated the outside security cameras. The room was quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of soft pillows. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was excellent. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the waffles were a delicious highlight. for the price, it was well worth it.

Would recommend this hotel.
